Vnista Travels

Please read all terms carefully before confirming your booking with Vnista Travels. Booking confirmation indicates acceptance of all terms mentioned below.

Booking Policy

  • 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.

  • All email conversations and confirmations form part of the service agreement.

Hotel and Accommodation Terms

  • Deluxe facilities are not available in Kedarnath due to high altitude conditions. Basic accommodation with bed system is provided.

  • Valid photo ID proof is mandatory at hotel check-in for all Indian and foreign guests.

  • Accepted ID proofs include Passport, Visa, Voter ID, Driving License, and Aadhaar Card.

  • Hotels, camps, guest houses, or ashrams may deny stay without valid identification. Vnista Travels will not be responsible for such cases.

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Meals Policy

  • Meals included in packages are served on buffet, fixed menu, or meal credit basis.

  • Menu selection is decided by hotel management.

  • Items outside included meals will be charged directly to guests.

  • Room service or packed meals may carry additional charges.

  • In Chardham regions, mainly North Indian meals or thali systems are provided.

Meal Timings (Approximate):

  • Breakfast: 07:00 AM – 09:00 AM

  • Dinner: 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Room and Hotel Facilities

  • Extra beds may be rollaway beds or mattresses depending on hotel policy.

  • Many hill area hotels may not provide AC, lift, power backup, or strong WiFi.

  • Room heaters and WiFi services may be chargeable.

  • Hotel standards in Chardham areas differ from city hotels due to terrain and seasonal operations.

Travel and Transport Terms

  • Drivers operate for a maximum of 12 hours daily unless pre-arranged.

  • AC may not function in hilly regions or parked vehicles.

  • Drivers will not enter no-entry zones or unsafe roads.

  • Pick-up and drop will be from one fixed location unless agreed in advance.

  • Additional sightseeing or route changes must be informed beforehand.

In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible.

General Travel Conditions

  • Guests must take care of personal belongings. The company is not responsible for loss or theft.

  • Travelers are considered medically fit unless informed otherwise.

  • Hotel vouchers and driver details are usually shared one day prior to departure.

  • Some destinations may require local transport at additional cost due to parking or vehicle restrictions.

  • No refund will be given for missed sightseeing, unused meals, or unused services.

Force Majeure

Vnista Travels shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or expenses caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Landslides or road closures

  • Political unrest

  • Transport breakdowns

  • Government restrictions

  • Flight or route cancellations

Liability Disclaimer

  • Vnista Travels is not responsible for injury, accident, illness, death, or loss of property during the tour.

  • Services may be modified without prior notice due to operational requirements.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

Kedarnath Helicopter Booking Terms

  • Valid ID and biometric registration are mandatory.

  • Helicopter tickets are booked subject to availability from Phata, Sirsi, or Guptkashi helipads.

  • Reporting time must be strictly followed; no refund for late arrival.

  • Flights depend entirely on weather and aviation authority clearance.

  • Only helicopter ticket cost will be refunded if flights are cancelled due to weather.

  • Same-day return passengers get limited darshan time.

  • Passenger weight above 80 kg may attract additional charges as per aviation policy.

  • Maximum baggage allowed: 2 kg per passenger.

  • Children above 2 years require full ticket.
